La gobernadora, Elvia Milena Sanjuán Dávila, inauguró este Superlunes del regreso a clases la nueva infraestructura de la Institución Educativa CASD Simón Bolívar, de Valledupar; de igual manera se dio la bienvenida a los estudiantes del nuevo Instpecam y el Alfonso López Pumarejo.

“Este evento marca, sin duda, un antes y un después en la educación estudiantil, que vamos a tener de ahora en adelante las generaciones presentes y las futuras. Agradecimiento a la Gobernación del Cesar por habernos permitido que tengamos esta infraestructura tan maravillosa y que tengamos la dotación para que los estudiantes podamos avanzar y seguirle aportando a la sociedad”, expresó, en representación de los estudiantes, Nicole Carolina Steel Moreno, contralora estudiantil del CASD.

La nueva infraestructura está a la vanguardia del Siglo XXI y los retos de la innovación, que abarcan la domótica, energías renovables, reconocimiento facial, robótica, desarrollo de Apps, Inteligencia Artificial, Internet de las Cosas IoT, entre otras.

El nuevo CASD Simón Bolívar cuenta con 35 aulas, 1 taller, 2 salas de informática, 10 laboratorios, 2 aulas de trabajo conjunto, 1 biblioteca, 1 aula magistral y 1 auditorio, que harán Mejores los días de los más de 3400 estudiantes, y profesores, que hacen parte del proceso formativo en ambas jornadas.

Congresistas, diputados, concejales y autoridades locales acompañaron el acto de inauguración, que marcó, además, el inicio de una campaña de amor por el nuevo colegio. De ahí se desprende el compromiso de los estudiantes de cuidar la nueva infraestructura y lograr mayores resultados evaluativos.

“Es oportuno que Valledupar recuerde aquella promesa electoral: los siguientes colegios que se van a construir son el Upar, el Casimiro Maestre y el José Eugenio Martínez, con una infraestructura semejante”, dijo la gobernadora Elvia Milena Sanjuán Dávila, agregando que “la Mejor manera de agradecer esta inversión pública es con mejores resultados académicos, queremos niñas y niños más comprometidos, más disciplinados; docentes más comprometidos, con mayor sentido de pertenencia. En medio de la jornada inaugural, la Policía Cesar acompañó a los estudiantes con una campaña de prevención de fenómenos como el bullyng y otros tipos de violencia, al tiempo que en un mural dispuesto por la Gobernación del Cesar tuvieron la oportunidad de plasmar un mensaje sobre el Mejor regreso a clases.
